Women must come home to their own body first.
This week is devoted to understanding the intelligence of the female body.
We'll explore:
- Female pelvic anatomy
- Female arousal physiology
- Hormonal intelligence
Learning to experience your body through reverence rather than criticism
WEEK TWO
The Male Blueprint & Hands-On Care for the Penis
This week you'll develop a completely different understanding of male physiology.
We'll explore:
- Male pelvic anatomy
- Testosterone physiology
- Blood flow and erectile physiology
- Scar tissue following circumcision and long-term effects of circumcision
- Injuries involving the penis and pelvis
- How fascial restrictions can influence comfort, mobility, and tissue health
You'll learn practical hands-on techniques including:
Scar tissue work
Gentle tissue mobility techniques
Lymphatic support
Touch principles that cultivate trust and connection
WEEK THREE
Hands-On Care for the Testicles
We'll explore:
- Testicular anatomy
- Testicular injury and its effects
- Tissue mobility
- Pelvic tension and its influence on comfort and function
- Long-term effects of vasectomy and healing post-vasectomy support
You'll learn gentle hands-on techniques designed to support healthy tissue mobility, circulation, and body awareness.
