It is a space for the woman who is learning to listen, to her body, her womb, her waters. It is a container held for those committed to the slow, devoted work of remembering what their tissue already knows.

I walk with women through our full Womb Continuum, exploring the layers of our flesh, feminine intelligence, and primal bodies, merging the worlds of sacred and science.

Female Body Literacy Teacher, Bodyworker, Guide

My path into this work began the way many sacred callings do, through the body's demand to be seen, to be healed, to be known.

I came to specialize in female biology and hands-on pelvic work through my own initiations: sexual abuse, medical gynecological injury, the aftermath of birth control, a fractured connection from my womanhood and lineage. The personal reckonings of drug and alcohol addiction, STIs, IUDs, abortions, miscarriages. And the slow, devoted healing of chronic pelvic inflammation, endometriosis, premature ovarian failure, and the reclamation of my sexual and sensual self.

I believe in the journey of descent, so I dove head first into the pain, pleasure, teachings, wisdom, and infinite potential my womb had to show me - to know her and to be able to fully walk this path.
