After purchasing, you'll receive a welcome email with login instructions. Access your content in your client library at carlyrae.ca/login  If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Head over to the login page — carlyrae.ca/login On there you click the "Forgot Password". That will take you to another page for to input your email address and get a recovery password to your email inbox.

It is possible you have made a mistake when typing in your email address. It happens. You can submit the support form with your correct email address and a full name.

Visit the specific container page and click "Apply." You'll fill out an application and receive a response within. If applications are closed and a waitlist is available, you can join the waitlist on the specific container pages as well. 

We review applications prior to the opening of live containers, as space becomes available, and at the pace we feel matches our capacity to invite you closer. We will email you with next steps after we have reviewed your submission. If you have applied to work with us, be ready to pay deposit after you have been accepted.
