-Each woman receives 1 30min 1:1 with me where we go through a thorough health history together so I may support you + your unique bio-individuality.
-We will gather in a private group container with access to all calls, recordings, practices. There is space to share, digest, be witnessed, integrate, receive support and connect with me + all the women.
-Each woman will receive direct mentorship from me
