Meet Carly Rae

 

I am Carly Rae Beaudry “wombmama” – a Structural Integration Practitioner, Holistic Pelvic Care™ Practitioner, Arvigo Therapy™ Practitioner, Full-Spectrum Doula, and a radical humanitarian. After practicing integrative bodywork for over 11 years, my work has transformed into a deeper calling to empower and educate people, especially women, about their bodies.

Structural Integration has been an essential part of my personal healing and growth. As I worked through my own resistance and struggles, I have learned to develop resilience, lightness, and a deeper connection within my own body and mind. Structural Integration is about exploring what is possible. It is about supporting people so they can see their own innate intelligence and find freedom in body and mind - freedom from chronic pain and unhealthy patterns. True freedom occurs when we realize our boundless potential and when we observe our body’s capacity to heal itself.


Ever since I can remember, I have been fascinated with the flow of life’s cycles and natural therapeutic methods. On the farm, I’d help dad with the calves being born and my mom opened my eyes to yoga, Reiki, and other forms of holistic healing. I started my formal education and haven’t looked back.


Structural Integration physically and mentally prepared me for one of the most challenging experiences of my life - my first trip to Kenya. The Structural Integration 10 Series strengthened the foundation upon which my life would change in ways I had never imagined.
The women’s work I do now was born from that first trip to Kenya. My maternal instincts were turned on instantly as I worked for months with orphaned babies who were struggling with health issues. A burning desire to create change awoke within, and still burns, as I witnessed how the girls and women of Africa suffer on a daily basis.

In 2014 I began my specialization into women’s health. I immersed myself into learning about the female body, menstrual cycles, fertility, the womb and sexual organs, through all life stages. This in-depth learning led me to heal my body, sexual traumas, and deep wounds. I have regained myself. I can listen to my inner wisdom. I know what I need and I take care of myself on a deeper level. This is what I want for all girls and women, of all ages, who cross my path. I want you to be able to hear the whispers within and know, without a doubt, that you are able to take care of yourself and love yourself in an honest and gentle way.

I will show up to meet you as an aligned, compassionate, and curious woman and professional. When I work with someone, we work as a team. I don’t work on you, we are working together in union. I am always a humble witness to what is unfolding within you. When you come to me, I will create a safe space so you feel supported. I pour my heart and soul in all I do. My work is the sacred and science harmonized together. I want you to understand the science of your anatomy and the sacredness of your being. I believe once you step into your own power, mediocrity ceases to be an option.
